Ingredients

cup
basil pesto
4
whole wheat tortilla wraps
1
cup
fresh spinach leaves
1
medium carrot
cut into thin strips or grated
1
cup
chicken
cooked and shredded
1
red bell pepper
cut into thin strips
Instructions
Spread 1 – 2 tablespoons of pesto on each tortilla
Place chicken in center of tortilla, top with some carrot, red bell pepper strips, and spinach.
Fold in the ends and roll up lengthwise.
If using for the Graduation Celebration menu, tie each wrap around the center with a chive or green onion piece like a diploma.
