6-oz. package
baby spinach

oranges
peeled, quartered, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/4
cup
black olives
pitted, cut in half
Instructions
Dressing
Whisk fresh orange juice, apple cider vinegar, orange zest and red onion in little bowl to blend.
Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of olive oil.
Salad
In a large bowl, toss spinach with orange segments and half of black olives.
Toss salad with enough dressing to coat lightly.
Sprinkle remaining olives on top and serve.
