extra-virgin olive oil

lemon zest

lemon juice

black pepper
coarsely ground
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Wash asparagus and trim the ends. Place on a large-rimmed baking sheet.
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice over asparagus, sprinkle lemon zest, salt and pepper on and toss.
Place in oven and roast 8 – 10 minutes, toss and roast another 8 – 10 minutes until tips begin to brown.
