Lime vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Place salt in small bowl, add lime juice and whisk until salt dissolves. Mix in water.
  2. Pour olive oil in a stream into the bowl whisking the whole time to emulsify.
  3. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
