Memorial Day kicks off summer, pool time, picnics and barbecues. But its true purpose has faded. As we prepare a delicious real food feast, I want to always honor the fallen heroes who died fighting for the United States, a beacon of light in the world for more than 200 years. As we celebration this national holiday with family and friends, I look also for ways to learn together about this special day. Do you have a special Memorial Day tradition?
