What you will learn:

Breath Therapy

  • Open to the breath, it is our teacher, and has infinite wisdom.
  • Learn how to kindle the digestive fire to purify the channels and rid the body of intestinal diseases through Yogic cleansing and breathing practices.
  • Apply basic principles of pranayama through the incessant inward, outward and pausing of your breath.
  • Tone your neck, abdominal and internal organs, by waking up the entire organic complex of the stomach, intestines, bladder, colon and cerebral cortical parts of your conscious brain.

Functional Nutritional Therapy

  • Digestion is a gateway to health. When your gastrointestinal system cannot properly digest and absorb nutrients, it affects the vitality of your entire body.
  • Learn to eat for your optimal digestion and how to support your digestive function.

Massage Therapy

  • Learn massage techniques you can practice at home to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility and alleviate muscle soreness
  • Leave with powerful self-care techniques for improving your digestion, stimulating flow and reducing muscle tension.

Pam Johnson, founder and owner of Heights School of Yoga and Pam Johnson Yoga has taught Vinyasa Krama Yoga for over 35 years under the tutelage of her teacher, Srivatsa Ramaswami

Diana Galindo, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, uses evidence-based gut healing protocols and personalized real food nutritional plans  to help her clients improve their health by addressing the root cause of their symptoms.

Gregory Martin, Massage Therapist, uses in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and the Theory of Chinese Medicine in his bodywork style.
