My daughter wanted to have a Valentine’s party with friends from kindergarten. We made the Cheese Crackers the weekend before (she has a turn first in rolling out the dough as it is rather crumbly with so much grated cheese, then I roll it as thin as I can without breaking it for the crackers to be crispy). I froze them (cut into heart shapes) to bake the day before.
Rather than frosting the Chocolate Zucchini Brownies, we dusted them with powdered sugar. It always makes me smile to get kids to eat vegetables in their chocolate!
