Winter Comfort Foods
We headed north to a family cabin in the woods near Bethel, Maine for school’s Winter Break. I packed our warmest clothes, and also paprika knowing goulash would be on the menu. The following days were full or winter sports making for happy tired muscles, and hearty appetites. Here’s my week’s menu anchored on winter comfort foods.
